- There was a hearing on the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, a lively discussion on fireworks, and a brief discussion on the Sustainable Futures – Parks and Nature Funding Charter regarding the creation of a task team to develop a funding plan to meet the level of service parks standards (Clark County is currently in a steep deficit regarding adequate parks and open space, with the population projected to grow substantially) to fulfill the county’s Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Plan. Panelists will include Clark County Councilmember Wil Fuentes, Jenna Kay, Senior Land Use Planner for Clark County, and Bryan Snodgrass of the City of Vancouver!
